  1. Hi,
I am Saikat; a student lives in Notting Hill Gate. I have heard about you people and the club from two of your members: Al- naser Regan and Manos Roy. I often play with them in Hyde Park. Is there any chance to play with you sometimes in near future? By the way, I am an all-rounder (top-order batsman and medium pace bowler) and love to field at point. Thanks.

  2. Have Kensington CC ever considered touring to Croatia, in particular the wine making island of Vis, where cricket was first recorded over 200 years ago??

We welcome teams from April to October and we have an annual Sixes tournament, the Vis International Sixes every May, this year 1-6th.

Tours cost approx £300 for 5 nights and for that you get the hotel, transfers to and from the ground, lunch and beers at the cricket and a wonderful tour dinner with wine.

Flights are to Split which is reached from several UK airports, most commonly Gatwick and Stansted with Easyjet.

The tours are always great social events, all the Vis team live on the island and most had never heard of cricket 10 years ago. If you feel you might want stronger opposition we can send for some reinforcements from Split and Zagreb.

If you are interested drop me a line and Ill add you to our contacts list and keep you up to date with what we are doing.

    Cheers, Russell, @FrozenTomatoEve, #theVIS,

    • Geoffrey Croasdale, the Royal Household Cricket Club, Windsor Castle would be grateful if Tim Keleher could contact him regarding a possible date for a fixture in 2023.
